Job Title: Supervisor - Car Wash Operations

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Horizon Autobody Collision Ltd. as a key member of our car wash operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning staff to ensure efficient and effective car wash operations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Assist cleaners in performing duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a car wash or cleaning services environment.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:

This role requires a physically demanding work environment with regular exposure to cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Personal Suitability:
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
