Key Responsibilities- Operations Management
- Direct and control daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as necessary.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Staff Management
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure adequate resources are available.
- Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies to promote the car wash facilities.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Supervision
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Certifications and Licenses
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles) is required.
