- Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet business objectives.
- Staff Management
- Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Plan and control budget and inventory to ensure adequate resources for staff and operations.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure high-quality customer service.
- Customer Service
- Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding security and safety.
- Conduct regular safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Transportation and Travel
- Ensure that all company vehicles are properly maintained and equipped for safe operation.
