We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Operations Manager to join our team at Ace Auto Detailing. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
- Staff Supervision: Hire, train, and supervise staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Financial Management: Plan and control budget and inventory, and manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Certifications: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year.
- Benefits: Dental plan, paramedical services coverage, and parking available.
- Work Environment: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
