We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Car Wash Supervisor to join our team at Horizon Autobody Collision Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our car wash facility, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of the cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Prepare Budget and Cost Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for car wash operations, ensuring that expenses are minimized and efficiency is maximized.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify opportunities for additional services, such as detailing or interior cleaning, and recommend these to management.
  • Receive Payment: Process payments for specialized cleaning jobs, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Assist Cleaners: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
