We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to join our team at the CNIB Foundation. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to our philanthropy development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and excellent communication skills. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the administration of donor information and database management
  • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures
  • Coordinate the production and submission of reports and briefs
  • Support the delivery of fundraising activities and events
  • Manage special projects and events as required
  • Maintain high-quality stewardship practices for donors
  • Ensure consistency and quality of all communications consistent with CNIB's brand

Requirements:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including SharePoint, MS Office, and database management
  • Experience in business administration and management
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
  • Flexibility, organization, and accuracy
