The CNIB Foundation is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Philanthropy Support Specialist to join our team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals who are blind or partially sighted.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective administration of donor information in our donor database. You will also establish and coordinate administrative policies and procedures to support the delivery of CNIB's annual fundraising activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and coordinating summary briefs and reports
  • Providing substantial support to the delivery of CNIB's annual fundraising activities
  • Cordinating team functions including material ordering and logistics
  • Maintaining high quality stewardship practices for active donors

We are looking for a highly organized and efficient individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in public administration or a related discipline.

A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a related occupation is required, preferably in a not-for-profit/ charitable organization/ corporation. The successful candidate will have strong computer skills, including proficiency in SharePoint, MS Office, and database management.

This is a permanent, full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $33.65 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.
