Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Retail Director to lead our retail operations in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive retail strategy to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a team of retail managers and staff to achieve sales targets, improve customer service, and maintain a high level of operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement retail initiatives, including marketing, merchandising, and visual merchandising.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform retail strategies and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including franchise partners, landlords, and brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a multi-store environment.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, with occasional international travel.
