Job Title: Director of Retail Operations

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Retail Operations to lead our retail operations in Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement retail strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of retail operations managers to ensure seamless execution of retail operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in retail operations, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
