About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth across all customer segments through strategic planning, process improvement, and team leadership. This role requires a strong understanding of the construction industry, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to improve sales performance and expand customer segments.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.
  • Collaborate with finance, design, estimating, and marketing teams to optimize pricing strategies and business models.
  • Educate sales and marketing teams on effective written and verbal communication, accountability, and sales growth strategies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Masters degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
  • Experience in B2G market and procurement-based sales.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
