Administrative Support Specialist

XPERT ACCOUNTING LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, including record-keeping, scheduling appointments, and maintaining office supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
- Scheduling: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, including inventory management.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. They will be proficient in English and have excellent communication and organizational skills.
