Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Seacity International Holdings Inc. as an Administrative Assistant - Support Role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and files.
  • Perform data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
