About the Role:

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Deerlake Sales & Service Ltd. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel and related itineraries
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain and manage digital databases

Requirements:

  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other software applications
