Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mokran Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our customer needs.
- Training and Development: Train and develop our staff in their job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and customer service skills.
- Inventory Management: Estimate and manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet our customer demand.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of our stock, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week.
