Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mokran Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Staff Management: Hire and manage food service staff, ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets and cost estimates, ensuring we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, providing a positive experience for all our patrons.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring we have accurate data to inform our business decisions.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Language: Fluency in English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
