Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ashoka Indian Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Service Delivery: Ensure that all aspects of service delivery meet our high standards, including food quality, presentation, and timeliness.
- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure excellent customer service and a positive work environment.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs to ensure profitability.
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and hygiene standards.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
