Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mokran Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Kitchen Staff
Lead and motivate a team of kitchen staff to ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards.
Train and Develop StaffProvide on-the-job training and coaching to kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
Manage Inventory and SuppliesEstimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary stock to meet customer demand.
Ensure Quality and Safety StandardsImplement and maintain high standards of food safety and quality control, ensuring that all food is prepared and served in a clean and safe environment.
Manage Budget and CostsPrepare and manage budgets and cost estimates to ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.
Address Customer ComplaintsRespond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, ensuring that we resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
Maintain Records and ReportsMaintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing regular reports to management as required.
Establish Work SchedulesDevelop and implement work schedules to ensure that we have the necessary staff to meet customer demand.
About YouWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a high-performing team. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role and be able to demonstrate the following skills and qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant or food service environment
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures
