About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Bob's Restaurant 2015 Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Planning: Develop and implement daily operations plans to ensure efficient service delivery and high-quality food products.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and team performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, manage stock, and negotiate arrangements with suppliers to ensure optimal product quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Financial Management: Balance cash, complete balance sheets, and manage cash reports to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our restaurant and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a focus on attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
