Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at Ashoka Indian Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Service Development: Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless delivery.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Supply Chain Management: Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other essential supplies, ensuring the best possible quality and value.
- Customer Relations: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring that our customers feel valued and satisfied.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Provide diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and refugees, promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Youth Support: Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
- Mature Worker Support: Provide staff with awareness training to create a welcoming work environment for mature workers, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
- Work Environment: Ensure that the work environment is safe, healthy, and inclusive for all employees, promoting a positive and productive work culture.

Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
