About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Mokran Restaurant. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our high standards.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide on-the-job training and coaching to help our staff develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate and Manage Inventory: Accurately estimate ingredient and supply requirements to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, train, and manage a team of food service staff to ensure that we have the right people in the right roles.
  • Ensure Quality and Safety: Maintain the highest standards of food quality and safety, and ensure that our kitchen is a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Prepare Budgets and Reports: Prepare and manage budgets, and maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key metrics.
  • Address Customer Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints and concerns, and work to resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain Records and Schedules: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our kitchen is running efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
