Restaurant Operations Manager

Ashoka Indian Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Service Development: Determine the services to be provided and establish operational procedures to ensure seamless execution.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier and Client Relations: Negotiate agreements with suppliers and clients to secure the best possible deals and maintain strong relationships.
- Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Operational Planning: Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Cross-Cultural Training: Conduct diversity and cross-cultural training to create an inclusive work environment, promoting respect and understanding among staff and customers.
- Job Type: Permanent position

- Working Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week
