Key Responsibilities

As a Client Service Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Client Service Manager and Representative to ensure the Commercial team meets company objectives and quality service to clients, colleagues, and insurers. Your tasks will include preparing certificates of insurance, managing and updating monthly bordereau, assisting with renewal presentations and new business proposals, and preparing client manuals and cover notes.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 1 year of work experience in insurance, a college or university diploma, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be customer-focused, sales-oriented, and able to work well independently and as part of a team. Additionally, you will need good knowledge of the MS Office Suite and effective time management and organizational skills.
