As a key member of the TMX Investor Solutions Inc. team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support for print and proxy services.

The successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day operations of print and proxy services, focusing on the administrative aspects of initiating shareholder meetings and mailings sent to clients.

Additionally, this role will involve supporting the Client Management team with planning, client requests, timelines, and other needs as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Key responsibilities will include initiating specialized meeting setups, external and internal notices, and compliance with regulatory requirements under National Instruments 54-101 and 51-102.

The role will also involve coordinating, monitoring, printing, and mailing services for proxy and non-proxy materials, as well as validating and tabulating proxies according to Security Transfer Association of Canada (STAC) Proxy Protocol Guidelines.

Effective communication and teamwork skills are essential for success in this role, as you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including relationship managers, issuers, and vendors.

Experience in the corporate/commercial or securities industry is preferred, and proficiency in database management, Microsoft Office Suite, and Gmail/Google is required.
