Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Transaction Administrator to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our corporate commercial group, you will be responsible for preparing and revising correspondence, agreements, and other documentation related to securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, draft, and revise correspondence, agreements, and other documentation
- Develop and maintain effective filing and organization systems
- Prepare dockets and accounts for approval and manage pre-bills
- Take instructions, prioritize incoming work, and manage ongoing tasks
- Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and external contacts
Requirements
- Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma from a recognized college
- 8 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment
- Strong attention to detail and technical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
