Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Corporate Transaction Administrator to join our team at Linds & Associates. As a key member of our corporate commercial group, you will be responsible for preparing and revising correspondence, agreements, and other documentation related to securities, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, draft, and revise correspondence, agreements, and other documentation
  • Develop and maintain effective filing and organization systems
  • Prepare dockets and accounts for approval and manage pre-bills
  • Take instructions, prioritize incoming work, and manage ongoing tasks
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with clients and external contacts

Requirements

  • Legal Administrative Assistant Diploma from a recognized college
  • 8 years of experience as a Legal Administrative Assistant in a corporate environment
  • Strong attention to detail and technical skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
