The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our senior management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, and maintaining accurate records. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of NP Financial.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence;
Ensure the effective operation of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services;
Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation;
Coordinate and plan for office services, including staff training and conflict resolution;
Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
Perform data entry and assemble data for periodic and special reports;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in an administrative role;
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience;
Excellent communication and organizational skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
