Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Operations Specialist to join our team at Maxx Car Rental Inc. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing records, and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our management team, including preparing minutes of meetings, scheduling appointments, and managing training strategies.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, both manual and computerized, to ensure efficient information retrieval and storage.
  • Communication: Respond to employee inquiries, answer telephone calls and messages, and provide excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
