Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to technical inquiries and resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to employees on the use of computer systems and software.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the testing and evaluation of new technologies and software.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of computer systems, software, and network protocols.
Working Conditions:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
