Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in the design and implementation of technical projects and initiatives

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
