Technical Support Specialist

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our employees, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their jobs efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement solutions to technical problems
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
- Participate in the design and implementation of technical projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
- 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Working Conditions:
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal teams
- Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and use computer equipment
