Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Fleetex Transport Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our users, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring that our systems and applications are running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
  • Collaborate with other technical teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions
  • Participate in the development and implementation of technical solutions to improve system performance and user experience
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field (e.g. computer science, information technology)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network connectivity
Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk
