Senior Office Coordinator

- Forward Insurance Managers Ltd. seeks an experienced administrative professional to support our team in the role of Senior Office Coordinator.
- Prior experience in a similar position is required, with a minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events.
- The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to establish and implement policies and procedures, and plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and compiling data, statistics, and other information.
- Additionally, the role requires the ability to order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
- A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
- The working hours for this position are 30 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
- Establish and implement policies and procedures.
- Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
- Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
- Answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Arrange travel and make reservations.
- Provide customer service and support to the team.
- Maintain and manage digital databases.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with excellent customer service skills.
