  • The Senior Office Coordinator will be responsible for scheduling appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and compiling data, statistics, and other information.
  • Additionally, the role requires the ability to order office supplies, maintain inventory, arrange travel, and perform basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential for this role.
  • The working hours for this position are 30 hours per week, and the language of work is English.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures.
  • Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies.
  • Schedule appointments and confirm meetings.
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Arrange travel and make reservations.
  • Provide customer service and support to the team.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks and reconcile accounts.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
  • Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with excellent customer service skills.
