Job Title: Office Coordinator
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at Crownlink Transport Inc. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our transportation operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation
- Administer policies and procedures related to record release and government access to information and privacy legislation
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, and supplies
- Train staff and oversee office administrative procedures
- Resolve conflict situations and oversee payroll administration
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Reliability and adaptability
Work Environment:
- Hybrid work arrangement
- 30-35 hours per week
- Permanent position
