Job Title: Office Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join our team at BIG RIGS TRUCK CENTRE. As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including scheduling and confirming appointments, providing job training and support, and developing and implementing marketing and advertising and sales strategies.
  • Answer clients' inquiries and provide information, and record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
