This dynamic position plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daycare center. As a Business Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, including financial management, human resources, and facilities maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budgets, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Human Resources: Oversee payroll administration, manage staff training, and maintain employee records.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Coordinate maintenance schedules, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and perform other duties as required.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • At least 1 year of experience in office administration or a related field;
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $50,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, a comprehensive benefits package will be offered, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
