We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at TINY HEARTS DAYCARE CENTER.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of our organization, ensuring that all procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they meet the needs of our organization.
  • Delegate work to office support staff to optimize productivity and efficiency.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating and planning for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Train staff on new procedures and best practices.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Resolve conflict situations and ensure that all issues are addressed in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and MS Windows.
