About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our team at Regional Signs Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Delegate tasks effectively to office support staff, ensuring timely completion of projects
  • Establish clear priorities and ensure adherence to established procedures and deadlines
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release and data management
  • Coordinate office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble and analyze data to prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Resolve conflicts and issues in a professional and efficient manner
  • Manage payroll administration and control budget expenditures
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Work Environment

This is a full-time position that requires on-site work. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $50,000 and $65,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
