Job Summary

Ottapro Education Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

This role involves implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating work to office support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Review and evaluate existing administrative procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including co-ordinating and planning for office services
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff on new procedures and protocols
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in business operations or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with MS Office and Google Drive
  • Knowledge of electronic mail and calendar management
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
