Executive Director of Luxury Sales and Growth

As a leading player in the luxury landscaping industry, we're seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our sales and growth strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales teams, and optimizing marketing efforts.
About the Role- Sales & Marketing Leader: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams, optimize existing ones, and create a pipeline of high-potential deals to drive significant revenue growth.
- Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales or marketing leadership role, preferably in the luxury services or landscaping industries.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales teams, and optimizing marketing efforts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience.
