As a leading player in the luxury landscaping industry, we're seeking a seasoned executive to spearhead our sales and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales teams, and optimizing marketing efforts.

About the Role
  • Sales & Marketing Leader: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify new revenue streams, optimize existing ones, and create a pipeline of high-potential deals to drive significant revenue growth.
  • Team Leadership: Build, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in a senior sales or marketing leadership role, preferably in the luxury services or landscaping industries.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth, scaling sales teams, and optimizing marketing efforts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make informed decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
