About the Role

We are seeking a Sales Growth Ambassador to join our team at The Leadership Agency. As a Sales Growth Ambassador, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have:

  • Promptly respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and chat serving as the primary point of contact for new customers
  • Lead new customers through the initial setup and implementation of our products or services
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of our products
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to communicate features effectively and benefits
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all activities in our CRM system
  • Provide valuable feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in sales or customer service in a startup environment
  • Must be willing to work 100% in office (this is not hybrid or remote)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of crafting clear and effective messages
  • A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle frustration and maintain a positive outlook when engaging with new customers
  • Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize efficiency
  • A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a team-oriented environment
  • Motivated by exceeding targets with a proven track record of consistently overachieving quotas
  • Ability to analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
