Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at Sun City Hotels Ltd. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Tasks: You will be responsible for typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents, as well as receiving and forwarding telephone or electronic enquiries.
  • File Management: You will be responsible for working on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and for processing incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically.
  • Communication: You will be responsible for sending and receiving messages, and for providing general information to clients and the public.
  • Organizational Skills: You will be responsible for filing material in storage areas, labeling files according to retention and disposal schedules, and locating and removing files requested.

Work Environment: As an Office Clerk, you will work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to have attention to detail and to be able to work efficiently.
