Job Title: Business Development Analyst

At Konica Minolta Business Solutions (Canada) Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the image and reputation of our organization on a national level.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the proposal development process, including proposal design, content creation, and project planning.
  • Develop and maintain proposal templates, ensuring consistency and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather and organize proposal content, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Proofread and edit proposal drafts, ensuring accuracy, grammar, and style consistency.
  • Forecast and manage ongoing RFPs, high-risk items, and closed bids, providing regular updates to the Business Development Program Manager.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in proposal management, business development, or a related field.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Publisher.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven track record of copy editing and proofreading.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (French/English) proficiency.
  • Experience with SharePoint design and management.
