About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at BHC Canada Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering

Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and needs.

System Design and Development

Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the client's requirements.

Quality Assurance

Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.

Technical Expertise

Analyze technical documents and reports, and apply quality control procedures.

Database Management

Code information collected and enter data into databases.

Requirements
  • Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Experience

5 years or more of experience in a related field.

Skills

Strong technical skills, including COBOL, Java, SQL, and Groovy.

Certifications

Oracle Certification.

Work Environment

This is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will work 40 hours per week and will be required to work in a fast-paced environment.
