About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team at Helios Retail Consulting Limited. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions using a range of technologies, including cloud-based platforms and enterprise software.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure high-quality solutions.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business needs.
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business intelligence, cloud computing, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C#, and Python.
  • Experience with database management systems and data analysis software.
  • Knowledge of business diagram software, database software, and software development.
