About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at RCN Call Center Services Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Consultation: Confer with clients to identify their requirements and provide expert advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
  • Business Solution Design: Design and develop business solutions that meet the needs of our clients, including assessing physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
  • Policy Development: Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches and ensure the quality of software products and information systems.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems, and resolve conflict situations.
  • Technical Expertise: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality, and consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support.
  • Documentation: Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in presentation software, communication software, business diagram software, and MS Office.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
