Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the gathering and interpretation of business requirements into comprehensive system and technical specifications.
- Oversee the progress of small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications:
- University degree or postgraduate qualification in a business or STEM field.
- Additional certifications reflecting a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in implementation consulting or as a Business Analyst.
- Proven ability to effectively analyze and refine business requirements.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of change management principles is beneficial.
- Experience in delivering business solutions within an agile framework is a plus.
- Proficient in data analysis, queries, and reporting to support root cause analysis of issues.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple project deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-driven with a strong sense of initiative, accountability, and a desire to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Visio, and wireframing tools.
