Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at ChatAI Tech. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Requirements Gathering: Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and needs.
- System Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions that meet the client's requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Testing and Quality Control: Operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure that their needs are met.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members.
- Communication Skills: Have excellent oral communication skills to articulate complex ideas and concepts.
- Teamwork: Be a team player who can work collaboratively with others to achieve common goals.
- Work Environment: Work in a permanent position with 35 hours per week.
- Language: Work in English.
