About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at RCN Call Center Services Inc. As a Business Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Confer with clients to identify their business requirements and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Design and develop information systems business solutions that are aligned with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure that our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and security.
  • Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware, and develop policies and procedures to minimize the effects of security breaches.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle to ensure that our solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure that they meet our company's standards.
  • Resolve conflict situations and operate automatic or other testing equipment to ensure product quality.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
