Key Responsibilities of the Senior IT Business Analyst:
- Drive progress and achieve desired outcomes on designated projects.
- Facilitate and contribute to application and solution design workshops in partnership with both internal and external stakeholders.

Desired Qualifications:
- University degree or postgraduate education in a business or STEM field.
- Additional certifications demonstrating a commitment to continuous learning are advantageous.
- At least 7 years of experience in an Implementation consulting or Business Analyst role.
- Familiarity with accounting and financial processes is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability to effectively comprehend and refine business requirements.
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems such as Oracle Cloud ERP, JDE, or SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
- Established knowledge of change management practices is beneficial.
- Experience in delivering business solutions within an agile framework is a plus.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, queries, and reports to support root cause analysis of reported issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Capability to manage deliverables across multiple projects in a deadline-oriented environment.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-driven with a high degree of initiative, accountability, and a desire to learn.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Visio, and Wireframing Tools.
