Hotel Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at Econo Lodge Inn & Suites - High Level.
Job Summary:The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Services: Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
- Front Desk Operations: Process group arrivals and departures, take, cancel, and change room reservations, and balance cash and complete balance sheets.
- Customer Service: Investigate complaints and claims, resolve issues, and provide general information about points of interest in the area.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset.
The Hotel Front Desk Clerk will work in a fast-paced hotel environment, interacting with guests, colleagues, and management.
