Administrative Coordinator

Northstar Transport Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory, and financial records.
- Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies and equipment.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with team members, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of administrative experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
