About the Role

The Administrative Coordinator is a key member of our team, responsible for supporting the smooth operations of our organization. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional administrative support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various committees and teams
  • Manage meeting minutes, documents, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with event planning and coordination
  • Support project work, including research, data collection, and reporting
  • Respond to email messages and direct to appropriate committee members as required
  • Attend board meetings and take notes as required
  • Draft documents and coordinate database information
  • Work collaboratively with the team to obtain RSVPs for meetings and events
  • Prepare meeting packages, event documents, and other materials
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Data collection and input skills
  • Experience with contact management databases and software programs or a willingness to learn
  • Collaborative team leadership style with exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship building, and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Cultural awareness
  • Strong task and time management skills
  • Proven diplomacy, tact, empathy, and understanding of sensitive and confidential issues
  • Valid driver's license with access to a vehicle for local travel
What We Offer

Job Type: 20 hours per month

Pay: $20.00 per hour
